Time to polish the champagne flutes – come Thursday, 27th October the Customs House terrace will be transformed into a brand new seasonal pop-up bar when Chandon Garden Spritz arrives!

The open-air garden domes will make a grand return to the riverfront venue (no bookings required), bedecked with refreshing blooms, foliage and pops of orange – the picture-perfect spot to enjoy afternoon catch-ups or elegant Sunday sessions with unbeatable, sweeping river views.

Pair this with plenty of Chandon Garden Spritz (a boujee blend of Chandon’s famous sparkling wine and orange bitters) as well as an enticing menu of seasonal goodies, this is sure to be the go-to spot for sipping into spring!

Once settled into the haven of lush greenery with pops of orange, guests will be able to sip on a drinks menu including a variety of French, Italian and Australian wines alongside zesty cocktails like Tommy’s Margarita, Espresso Martini and of course the Chandon Garden Spritz cocktail served with a slice of orange and fresh herbs.

No Customs House pop-up bar is complete without their infamous Moreton Bay bug croissant, but this newest pop-up bar brings the favourite back with a twist – citrus poached bug (yes, please)! Other menu highlights include French Oscietra Caviar with blini and crème fraiche, salmon gravlax with blood orange, smoked sour cream and chive oil, as well as fromage croquettes with pickled walnut and rosemary aioli.

Styled with fresh garden furniture and plenty of florals and lush greenery (naturally), Customs House’s Chandon Garden Spritz pop-up bar will spring onto everyone’s must-do lists from October 27.

Open until Sunday 18th December:
Thursday + Friday, from 4pm
Saturday + Sunday from 1pm

No reservations for this,  just pop-in!
